SOUTHWESTERLY LAND SAILING (SWLS) is a fun, exciting way to experience land sailing in the Old West. At SWLS, we specialize in land sailing excursions for sailing veterans and novices. Our certified guides will make ensure your sailing adventures are adrenaline-pumping while still being safe. We only use the best equipment supplied by BLOKART international, so that our sailors have the best possible experience. These are the same karts that world speed record holders, like Scott Young, have reached faster than 65 MPH under the right conditions!
With plenty of friends, new adventures, and wind to fill our sails, the future is bright for SWLS.

SWLS founder and lead instructor, Gary "Dusty" Terrell, has spent his years on the California coast, Arizona, and Hawaii as a surfer, windsurfer, catamaran sailor, professional photographer, and media studies teacher. After retiring from more than twenty years of teaching, he discovered the quickly growing sport of land sailing. Dusty was hooked from his first ride, and has spent years perfecting his technique, competing in regional competitions, and enjoying the wind with fellow land sailors, friends, and family. He started Bullhead City's first officially recognized land sailing club -- THE WIND SEEKERS.
